Open and use the maintenance page Web Part

Sometimes, a web part causes an error and prevents the page to open. Do not panic. Go into maintenance mode and disable the problematic webpart.

To enter maintenance mode, add  ?Contents = 1 to your URL and you can disable or delete webparts content on the page.
